Ever since moving apps to the new phone, the c25 is the one giving me more problems. I tried resetting, and letting it run until week 6 I am now. Problem is I overrun as I start again, I may be into 5 minutes running and then stops... Until I realise it and then do it again. So far I am doing more than the intended run. Which is fine for me as I can do 28 minutes running now (snail pace) and giving me more rest days in order to avoid injuries. So what shall I do? Shall I continue on my own trying to build up slowly? Or try another type of timing my runs? This app was great until it showed glitches from week 5. Experienced runners help me!!!! I so far been able to run continuously 20 mins, 25 mins and 28 minutes. No cramps, nothing and I do a lot of stretches and walking for a long time to avoid injuries! Thank you

Are you in week 8/9 then effectively? Once past W6R2 there’s no intervals on the plan and so you could just use a tracking app to time the runs and keep you updated... if you want coaching try Nike+ Run Club’s guided runs... just stay in the short runs and running with headspace sections.

W6R1 could be done with the stopwatch function on any digital watch, you’d just have to remember run 8, walk to 13 run to 21... and run 2 is run 10 walk to 15 run to 25. Not ideal to be checking rather than being told, but it would work.

I didn’t use the app for any of the 25+ runs.
