I’m surprised and proud that I got to week 7 (lots to do with the positive messages on this group) then hurt my foot and have been told can’t run for 4 weeks... Foot is on the mend fine but I was SO CROSS that I couldn’t run! It’s the first time i’ve ever got into a regular exercise pattern and was feeling such a difference, made me realise how much I get out of running (albeit really slowly!).
Might not be smiling while i’m actually doing it (concentration reserved for breathing) but love the feeling after, and improvements it’s making to my fitness, I even like the early mornings now!
Hope to be back out there next week and graduating in a few weeks time 🤞🤞
