Why is it that the head wind that you battle against at the beginning of your run - so strong it took my breath away a couple of times - doesn’t seem to help you go faster on your way back?
On the plus side, it’s not often I get to run straight into the wind one way, and have it behind me on the way back - I’m normally getting buffeted from all sides, so it doesn’t matter which way I run.
One long interval on my plan today- I know it’s a bit hard to tell what with the long downhill upping my pace on what should have been a slower section🤦♀️ Also? I really thought I’d won the battle I had with my hind brain about it wanting to catch up with the runner ahead of us when I was nearly home, but apparently not 🤣
