gait analysis?

Just wandering if anyone knows if gait alters between walking and jogging? I had gait analysis 2 years ago walking before walking the shine walk, I’m using these trainers now (neutral) but wandering if I need to get rechecked

If you want to get another gait analysis I don't see any problems in doing so, I got a gait analysis for the first time last Wednesday.

They’re different gaits... so yes. Horses have walk, canter, trot, gallop... we are the same. Mine are very different... I wear walking shoes out on the heel on the outside and running shoes just where the toes meet foot in the centre.

Ok thanks will carry on in the ones I have and if and when I get towards the end of the program I will go back for gait analysis and try to run on the treadmill (I’m uncoordinated and clumsy!) we have 2 sports shops nearby 1 uses a treadmill and recording 1 just watches you in the shop moving around and say be watching you they can tell which are best?!

I’d be going with the video one every time. There’s one shop that has you run outdoors to do it... but to just watch you in the store? There’s no science there at all.
