When I have to run for 25 minutes, Laura says to do a brisk walk for 5 minutes. Is it enough? I need at least 5 minutes of slow walk before the brisk walk and usually I go on foot at stadium which means another 10 minutes walking.
On the other hand, when I start running I need another 10 minutes for feeling fully warmed
Should I reduce my warm up time?

No, do what you feel is best, you can have as much as 15 minutes of walking warm up time as you want, during my 9 weeks on C25K I always had 10 minutes before I ran and much longer after the runs as I Iived in some cases 25 minute walking distance from home. 😊
You are doing the right thing (as long as it doesn't put you off!).
All through the programme I definitely needed more than 5 minutes warm up... otherwise my muscles would really tell me about it afterwards. In the end I opted for a gentle-ish 5 minute walk to the start of my running route, then some stretches and then start the podcast and the brisk 5-minuter. Once I started doing this, much less pain!
Listen to your body... it will tell you what it needs.
ps - it always takes me 5-10 minutes of running to get into the swing, no matter how well warmed up I am.
Do what is right for you.. my warm up varies and I put in donkey kicks etc as I walk..You take as long as you need.. there are no rules !
On colder mornings I may warm up for 20 minutes or so, depending where I am running
Stretching after your uns is essential and that cool down walk can vary too... ( especially if you get lost, like I used to when I was on the programme
