First run after graduation and I just ran 5k in 33.18mins!! I’m so chuffed, it felt good...woo hoo, even my dog was smiling 😁

He was knackered when we got home, and I got out before it got too warm. If I ever get up to 10k I think I’ll have to leave him at home, he hasn’t got the stamina 😆

My female greyhound had a stroke so we are working back up to fitness with her and the big male just wants to sprint and bounce everywhere, totally couldn't include them on my runs.
