Finding it really tough now and have to keep stopping ...What really bugs me is that i only stop for about 3-5 seconds then get going again .This normally happens at about 15 min mark , then every few minuets..I am also a little concerned at my heat rate of 170bhp as i am 59 ...

Try run a little slower, that way you should not need to stop for 3/5 seconds around 15 minutes into your run.

Did my wk9 run 1 yesterday. I deliberately slowed my pace a little from the start so that I would get to the end of the 30 minutes without wanting to stop. It worked. :) Run 2 tomorrow. Looking forward to it. :)

As everyone else has said, slow down. Also, are you drinking enough water every day? That can make a huge difference, especially now that it's turned hot and humid.

You probably think you're going slow I bet you could slow even more and up your intake of water 7 days a week good luck 😊😊
