Despite finding week 3 harder than expected. I was completely up for this today and fully prepared. After approx 8 mins I felt something pop in my right lower calf/Achilles and had to pull up straight away and then limp home 😢 now what do I do? I don’t want to fall behind in the programme physically or mentally. So fed up.

Have a few rest days and see if the pain goes away if not then maybe a trip to your doctor would be best . Don't worry the runs will be waiting for you once you are pain free . Good luck 😊

What a shame! Ice and anti-inflammatory gel, plus rest for today, then gentle mobilisation tomorrow. If no improvement, you must seek medical help, as you could make it worse. Good luck!

Hope you feel better soon after a few days rest! And remember you've already started this journey, that was a massive step, you're on the path now and so what if you take a breather on a bench at the side 😊 When you've recovered you'll be back on the path. Take it easy and keep the updates coming!
