So after Saturday's unfinished run, only went and smashed it this morning. Went out at 5.30 as have a busy day today. Am glad I did as it's boiling hot already now. Took it nice and slow, so much so that I didn't even catch up with a woman who was ahead of me walking her dog! Really enjoyed being out in the early morning sunshine and lovely scenery - a change in scenery as I'm away at my parents at the mo. After feeling so sorry for myself on Saturday now feeling great. Thanks so much for all of your words of encouragement and sense of perspective 😍
