Well done - onwards and upwards

Well done. It doesn’t feel like it at the time but each run is building up your stamina. It will get easier, honest!πŸ˜€

Great job. You’re ready for week 5... slow and steady!

Trust in the plan, it works and the week 5 runs are a very natural build up to that first long run. Trust in yourself, you have completed every run so far. Take it all in your stride, quite literally. You are ready. Enjoy the final run of the week: it will leave you on a high! πŸ˜€

hi Comfortnotspeed well done sticking with the plan and successfully reaching week5πŸ™Œ I wont lie to you, it is hard but you are managing each run despite it being hard. Each week your body is being pushed and gradually your stamina will build, its a slow gradual process but you will get there. Take each run as it comes dont look far ahead, think basics, drink plenty water, take rest days, run wen its cooler, try and keep breathing slow and steady, slow your paceπŸ‘πŸ’ As the runs increased I found doing a few stretches before warm up walk and after final walk helped too

Honestly, if you stick with it you will get there, I struggled but graduated, I still need to work on stamina but feel so much fitter and so will you πŸ™ŒπŸ‘πŸ˜Š
