A year on from graduation

Was so pleased to complete the c25k on treadmill and next aims were to beat 30mins and progress to parkrun before I hit 50. So pleased I achieved both and just completed my 4th parkrun today.

All thanks to this programme and forum support, I'm now running 5k twice weekly - couldn't run to the car 18months ago!!

You can all do it, by setting small achievable goals.
