I am often starving after the runs now they are longer. I try to put it off until mealtimes with a glass of water and an apple lol. Not always easy when my body is saying "gimme carbs" lol, and I'm saying "find your own" and then having to walk past the bakery on the way to work

I would try and run before the next meal. So run and then have your usual breakfast, or run and then have your usual tea etc.

When you run further you might even find that you don't want to eat- something to do with your body burning fat; weird but true!

I'm only in we 2 but weirdly my appetite seems less. I'm definitely drinking a lot more, so maybe some of my "hunger" was actually thirst! I also seem to be in the right headspace I don't want to undo what good I'm doing! Good luck.

At first I was wanting to eat less - maybe the initial health kick of starting C25K. I’m doing slightly longer ones now and, yes, I definitely find I’m hungrier. I go out early mornings before breakfast so maybe I’m just starving by the time I get home!
