So I've just completed my 2nd run and wow.. such a difference. I really struggled on Tuesday and felt a bit disheartened. But today however, I slowed my pace, really concentrated on my steadying my breath in between runs and found myself picking a little spot to get to and then another one helped keep me going. Feeling much more confident after that run! I can do this ππ
