Finally on the homeward straight! Looking back I cannot believe where the weeks have gone! I’m sssoo glad I stuck with the plan though at one point the doubts started creeping in (but don’t they always?!)
Although I found I started to tire quite suddenly towards the end I pushed on and chuffed as hell that I did! I had a much better run than any of the 3 last week - no idea why (unless it was solely down to my calves hurting) and guess it doesn’t really matter now!
I’m aiming to complete R3 Monday but definitely know I can do this after today’s run 😁
So anyone who feels that they can’t do it...please do not give up (or feel there’s no point in even starting) because there are plenty of us who have been there, done that and got the t-shirt to prove you can achieve plenty 🤗👍🏻🥳🎉 x
