What I like about 🏃‍♀️

•the rest days in between 😉

•the feeling afterwards

•the solitude bit to sort out my headspace

•my Couch to 5 playlist

•the smiles and good mornings from other runners, dogwalkers and those out for an early morning stroll

What I dislike about 🏃‍♀️

•the thinking about doing it

•the general aches and pains
