Happy fathers day

I am going to spend the first part of fathers day as the tail runner at my sons 2k park run. All those who are thinking that they would like to do a park run should consider volunteering as a tail runner at their local run. It will give you a good idea of distance and there will be some people who walk it.

Hi Stevie, enjoy Fathers Day today.

My mum volunteered for Park Run yesterday as a marshal, she loved it. She said she would like to do the tail walker too in the coming weeks.

Only 61 at junior parkrun. 398 at yesterdays. How many at yours

At the Saturday park run there were 180ish. I came 163rd place
