So with the weather being so delightful I decided this morning I would do week 8 run 3 on the treadmill at the gym. 2 notes to self for next time which may be useful to others:
1. Select “treadmill”, not “run“ on Fitbit or accuracy is crap! Fitbit said I ran a KM less that the treadmill did and the map view of where It thinks I ran is hilarious; through rivers and all sorts 😂.
2. Seeing the speed constantly made me focus more on going faster. Not necessarily a bad thing but was much tougher on myself than usual so must not get too carried away and remember to pace self.
