Thank you for the replies to my first post lots of useful information and advice. Have now completed w1 dare I say feel great when I have completed each run and already planning the next one. Following the healthy eating community as well as fitness and the health benefits are most important and if I lose weight then that's a bonus. Nice to read everyone's post and realise there is a lot of support.

Well done for getting started and completing Week 1! It's the best feeling after each run, isn't it? I think there's quite a few of us on here trying to shape up, eat healthy and lose a few pounds so you are in great company!
