Headwind

A nice run on the way out helped with a following wind but goodness how different on the way back. Running into a headwind means extra effort really is required. Even on these northern isles where wind is a daily part of life the wind today is very strong. On the plus side it means I'm getting stronger as I easily coped and relished the challenge.

Happy running whatever the weather ☺️
