A run with a view.

Gave the woods a miss today as we had torrential rain yesterday and I didn't fancy another muddy one. So I ran a route I haven't done for a while and stopped to take a quick pic of this lovely view! I'd forgotten how pretty it is. That's one of the best things about running outdoors, it makes you really see the world around you a bit more. Good luck to everyone running today, hope you all enjoy. ☺

It was a short and sweet one for me today, I felt a bit achey after Sunday's race and decided to run for 20 minutes or 3km, whichever came first. So ended up doing 2.5km in 20 minutes and enjoying a longer brisk walk home.

Beautiful. Looks tranquil. Great for a run.

It's so lovely, private parkland with a public footpath running through it. Just after I took my pic, a load of squirrels ran out from a bush which was a surprise, I thought I had the place to myself! 😂

That looks gorgeous. Totally agree with you about noticing more when out and that’s been one of the (many) unexpected joys for me in getting out there and running - especially when it looks as good as your picture!
