That’s it. Mission complete! The view from the podium is fantastic! This journey has been amazing lots of people need thanking for helping me to achieve this- my lovely husband who kept telling me how great I was looking and how he wished he could do this(can’t due to bad ankles and heel pain!) my son who always whooped when I came home and told him I’d completed another run, Sarah my coach and Sarah Cox for fab radio that I could download ( sounds of the eighties kept me going). And most of all everyone here who gave great advice and encouragement. Keep going everyone who is nearly there the view is great and the future looks even better because of running! 👍🥇🏆
THE view from here is great!: That’s it. Mission... - Couch to 5K
THE view from here is great!
Wow! Congratulations. I'll add a Whoop! to that of your son. Enjoy the glow that will last all day and still create a grin and a feeling of, "Did I really do that?" for weeks to come.
Thanks- It took me a little longer than I expected but I feel fantastic!
So, was this 30 minutes W9R3 or 5K?
This was 30 min run wk9run3.
Sorry, I was a bit confused that it took longer than you expected - I was wondering how 30 minutes would take longer but I realise (engage brain, sheps!) that you, as did I, took longer than 9 weeks. I took much longer. It's still a great feeling though.
Many congratulations!
Another proud, pink and smug graduate.
Keep running, keep smiling
Brilliantly done and I'd forgotten about Sarah Coxs sounds of the 80s thanks for that reminder, that is very useful to know...keep running those paths but don't wear your medal I find it hits my nose....
hurrah! Another graduate and more assurance that time is stretchy and all that matters is each run and the habit you're forming. Your lovely supportive family sound brill. Top soundtrack too!
