so today should be wk 2 run 2 but I am exhausted and a bit stiff from collecting my stepson from college; a long drive late last night plus 5 trips of lugging stuff down from his room, so I am thinking of taking an extra rest day. But on the upside even at this early stage, I found that the five trips up and down 3 flights of stairs were much easier stamina-wise than they would have been. Pity about the sore knee that only manifests on stairs! ho hum...and maybe the weather will be better tomorrow!

Taking an extra rest day isn’t a bad thing, I do it quite often. I’m sure when you get out there you won’t regret it! And maybe you can persuade your stepson to join you?!
