Ok I did it- it was harder than I expected but I think I know why - not enough time left between last meal and the run- made me very sluggish or should I say slothish! 😂 I will learn from this and have a better run on Wednesday. Good luck to everyone for a successful week 🙂

I have to leave it at least an hour preferably an hour and a half after my food. I once tried it before and it was all sorts of wrong. Well done for pushing through and getting it ticked off. Rfc x
