Pain in top of foot any advice

Hi all being doing 5k couple of times a week possibly 3 now have some swelling and pain on top of my left foot 😢 Any advice regarding will be very much appreciated

While we can’t diagnose your issue, and it if persists you should go get it checked out by someone who can, many upper foot issues are down to lacing... maybe your shoes are done too tight, or maybe they’ll benefit from a different way of lacing them, have a google for diagrams of them.

Stop and have it checked out, I kept running on a niggling ankle and it just got worse I could hardly walk last week never mind run it’s sooo annoying x

Maybe get it checked out..any unusual swelling is not normal; better safe than sorry.
