Hi all, I’ve only downloaded the app today, don’t know why it’s taken so long to find it!
I’m about to embark on week 9 run 1, planning tomorrow before the awful weather kicks in. I’ve loved the programme and am almost evangelistic when it comes to telling everyone I know to give it a go! I never thought I could run as have had painful knees for years but the slow steady build up has really surprised me and my knees actually feel stronger and less sore. The forum is great, so supportive so am looking forward to continuing on here for inspiration up to and beyond the end of week 9! 💪🏃🏼♀️

My knees have always been a bit clicky, they didn't feel right during the first few weeks but have got stronger and stronger as time has gone on and I don't even think or notice them any more! Good luck with week 9, you're nearly there 👍
Thanks, they have always held me back before but never gone slow and steady with running like this time, it’s been worth listening to Jo Wiley’s advice!!
