Another set back

I had to go away which meant I was unable to do any runs for nearly a week although I made up for it by hiking for 10 miles and climbing a hill for half a mile.

Last Wednesday I couldn’t wait to get back to the c25k and completed W5R2. The next day I hurt my back at work and although I’m up and walking about I certainly can’t run. I’m so annoyed. I don’t want to lose momentum and get out of the habit.

I’m hoping reading everyones progress on here with keep the inspiration.

Please don’t give up you have done so well.

However the good news is everyone says you don’t lose your run fitness for 2 weeks. So you should be alright but if you can’t carryon for a little while repeat the last week that you did and see how you feel... and good luck 🙃

Don’t give up. You will be surprised how easy it is to get back to it.

Thank you. I won’t give up (I hope I don’t) It sucks that just when my enthusiasm is at an all time high this happens.
