Just wanted to share my progress as haven’t posted for a while. I did run 1 of week 9 this morning after having 6 days off due to a crazy week last week. It was tough!
As much as I know it isn’t about pace, it’s been so interesting to watch it naturally increase! Never thought in a million years I’d reach 5k (admittedly that does include my 5 minute walks either side but still...) honestly can’t believe that in 2 runs time I’ll have completed the programme. It’s a miracle 😅
