Well WK1R3 was interesting. Unbeknown to me Walsall Arboretum has Bark in the Park on this morning. Off I set, all alone as my teen was still snoring in his pit, thinking it’s early so it’ll be quiet! How wrong can one be? I zig zagged around the route ahhing at all the dogs and resisting the urge to stop and pet each and every one of them. Got overtaken by toddlers on balance bikes and the local park 🏃♀️, enjoyed the coolness of the morning sun ☀️, (probably before the next rain storm) and managed to do all my 1 minute splits without stopping, for the 1st time!
