Back with a bang

After 4/5 weeks resting my badly sprained ankle, I finally got back out today.

Completed the first run with just a little twinge in the ankle.

Also must remind myself to take a hayfever tablet before going out again!!

So proud of myself! Nice to get back home to my other half and step daughter cheering me on!

It felt reallly good! I've been eating my own head waiting to go out again and having a set back but feel very positive x

Well done. Take it easy on that ankle, build up slowly 👍

Thank you baddie.

It is tweaking a little bit but I'm icing it anyway x
