I did wk9r3 today! What a sense of accomplishment for someone who didn’t run 3 months ago! Thank you to everyone who has given me tips and encouragement along the way. What a great group this is!

Thanks! I’m hoping to keep at 5k and increase my pace... find it hard to fit in more than 40 mins between family& work so that’s a realistic goal for me 😁
