Some of our awesome forum friends, who are a tad further on than some of you....have joined us.... please make them welcome.. and do, do read their posts... they have so much experience and running wisdom... and the posts make great reading..

If you check out who they are... you can do this by clicking on their names, you will see when they joined C25K and maybe find a little bit more about them

I know a few of you have spotted them already!

So..if you are at a loose end, wondering where to go next... nothing much to watch on TV... settle down and trawl through the posts... it will be worth it
