I need stability shoes and started with Brooks GTS17. Bought a new pair recently, went with Brooks GTS19, love my Brooks.
When I first started running 2 years ago I had a very good pair of New Balance, but they did not suit me as I over pronate. Only found that out as I was suffering with pins and needles in my feet towards the end of a run, after a gait analysis I went for Brooks.

To find out what are the best shoes for you a gait analysis is highly recommended, otherwise you may be buying shoes that are inappropriate for your running style, despite feeling comfortable in the shop.

Im a pronator. I love my Brooks, but I also get on very well with New Balance. I need at least a 10mm heel to toe drop and both makes suit. Also, both do a womens wider fit.
Try before you decide.
Think I’m sticking with my brooks ghost 11 as I have them and the new balance 1080 were from the outlet At Cheshire oaks not much in price £30 cheaper they were £65 and my brooks £96 best price at runners need and they highly recommend brooks
