After painful feet the day after my first run of week 9 I decided it was time to go get better trainers from a proper running shop. What a difference they make, the aches in my calves have almost disappeared running today! That said with my legs feeling better I didn’t realise I was actually running faster and wondered why I was getting so out of breath 🤦♀️ felt tired by the end of 30 minutes but it was extremely hot out there. One more run!! 😄

Having the right trainers is so important: you need to be really careful you’re not injuring yourself with the wrong footwear.
