Completed week 1 and ready for week 2 but a sickness bug has completely wiped me out this week. Can I start week 2 next week or should I go back to week 1 and repeat it?

Shame about the bug. I lost a week due to one as well. If you feel fully recovered, move on up. You won’t have lost any fitness - I didn’t. Good luck with your next run. 😊
No need to repeat like I’ve had a cold weeks ago and I just carried on we’re I left off and when I went away at Easter 🐣 For a week I carried on. You will find that you will be able to carry on we’re you left off your endurance and stamina will improve the more you run and welcome to the forum and get well soon 😉
