I had to change my usual route today due to a family of swans on the toe path. They were hissing, I took the hint and went another way. Maybe this was the reason for my increase in pace / distance. Not sure I like the running along a busy road rather than a field of sheep 😏

Ooh, I don't do swans either!! 🥺 They would definitely send me running in the opposite direction too!
