Looking for advice on week 5

I stopped running for nearly three weeks, last week I completed week four. Does anyone think I should repeat week four again as I found it hard or just continue with week 5 run 1? Also my thighs and calf muscles ache is this normal?

Three weeks office long enough to affect your condition. Just try a W4 run at a nice gentle pace and see what you can manage. If you are okay, you can move on, otherwise repeat.

Did you complete week 4 after the 3 week break or before?

In that case give wk5 run 1a go. Or if it's really worrying you, just repeat wk4 r3, then carry on to wk5. I don't think you need to repeat the whole week if you managed to complete it.
