This was much easy than run 1. I realised I had been going too fast. I changed my playlist to something slower and shortened my stride. Much easier!

Shortening your stride is a great way to make your runs easier. My physio has me doing that to protect a hamstring issue I have and I am surprised by the difference it has made. Happy running. Rfc x
