Im another W1r2. just completed ten minutes ago, feeling ok but it seems like I've got such a long long way to go. hope I can keep it going; I am trying to be really positive but my legs felt so heavy, more like a fast walk than a run. We'll see what Tuesday brings. good luck to everyone.

As long as there’s a moment when both feet are off the ground, it’s running! Slow is fine. Think tortoise, not hare. 🐢

Sometimes the heavy legs feeling is helped by drinking more water, especially on the “between” days. 😊

Oldies as opposed to newbies - an indication of how long we’ve been hanging around here, not an ageist term, honest ! 😂

Well done and I am surprised by the buzz at the end... I never believed in exercise endorphins before... I assumed they were like fairies 🙂. Also new... Just finished week 1 this morning. So far so good
