Hi there. Iโve completed 2nd run on week 2. It ainโt pretty or fast but Iโm flippin loving it.
well done! I did W1R1 a couple of days ago and loved it but I'm not going to have the chance to do R2 until monday keep it up!!!
Im another W1r2. just completed ten minutes ago, feeling ok but it seems like I've got such a long long way to go. hope I can keep it going; I am trying to be really positive but my legs felt so heavy, more like a fast walk than a run. We'll see what Tuesday brings. good luck to everyone.
As long as thereโs a moment when both feet are off the ground, itโs running! Slow is fine. Think tortoise, not hare. ๐ข
Sometimes the heavy legs feeling is helped by drinking more water, especially on the โbetweenโ days. ๐
Welcome along ! Thereโs bound to be others out there. And all us oldies are on your side too ๐
I am very much a newbie! Just completed W1R1! Well done on run 2!
Complete newbie here.. just completed the very first run today, like you i'm feeling great after completing it. Good luck with the rest of the course
Going W2R3 later today with Michael and canine running partner. Nursing and rehabilitating an old knee issue so Slow and steady with plenty of rest days Inbetween. Just pleased to be sticking to it and dare I say enjoying it!
Well done and I am surprised by the buzz at the end... I never believed in exercise endorphins before... I assumed they were like fairies ๐. Also new... Just finished week 1 this morning. So far so good
