Well done Anita. "Not very speedy but completed" is perfect. Keep it slow and that stamina will build in no time.

That's your hardest run over. π It's often getting started that is the biggest challenge of all - so well done you.
Keep that slow & steady going, and before you know it, you'll be hearing the wee voice saying "you are a runner"!
Well done, and welcome to the group. The support and advice here really is invaluable.

Well done on starting the c25k program Anitaπ
Slow and steady is best. You can do this...

Well done Anita. Great start - you won't regret this!

Congratulations Anita. That great sense of satisfaction will stay with you always. Enjoy this programme, it's just the best! ππ»ππ»ππΌββοΈππ»ππΌββοΈππ»ππππ

Way to go! You nailed that important first session. No need for speed! Just go steady. It's a great programme this is as the slower the better. Just finishing the session is all that's required. If you go nice and steady you will have enough puff to finish each run
Have fun! Set out with a smile on your face and go.....
Excellent, that!s the first of many I'm sure. ππ½
