It is tough but it does work. Take it steady don't run too fast (think 🐢 not 🐇) and be kind to yourself.
You will get there and it feels so good when you do 👍
Don’t worry. You’re asking big changes of your body and it’s asking for a little more time to adjust. You’re right to listen to it. I took nine weeks of repeats to conquer week 1, so I know about this stuff 😂 Just remember the First Rule of C25k: The only run you fail is the run you don’t go for. You can do this - we’re all here cheering you on x

Good choice. That was just a practice run. 👍😄 Don’t forget to drink plenty of water every day. It’s the rest day water that hydrates your legs for the run days.
