Just finished wk4 run4, and the app says I’m smashing it! Having completed the program before I’m looking forward to next week and moving past the half way point! Feeling really good!

I’m exactly where you are. Apprehensive about what week 5 has in store for me. I use amazon music and put it on random upbeat music, what luck that Europe’s The final Countdown came on for the last 5 min run.!
