W8 in progress and new shoes

Plodding on through week 8, another run done today after a quiet couple of weeks. Managed to get a gait analysis done this week, and hence new shoes. After a few walks in them, this was their first proper outing.

I can’t say 28 minutes is easy, but when I think back to week3 and thinking 3 minutes was too long, some definite progress 😀

Well done.

It’s an amazing feeling when you think about how far you’ve come.

I think we’re shoe buddies. I’ve had my Brooks for about 5 weeks and love them.
