Just ran 25 mins, sooo happy ๐Ÿ˜Š apparently Iโ€™m a runner now. Those heavy legs though...does that get any easier?! When Jo said I had 5 mins left and I might have heavy legs, she was so right, but I kept on going, woo hoo!

well done!!

it does get a bit easier, but for me it also depends if I have drank enough water (and when) plus what I did the day before (this Saturday I did a load of gardening (my garden is on a slope) and took an antihistamine - cue foggy head and heavy legs.

We had friends over for a bbq yesterday so some pimms was consumed and not enough water ๐Ÿ˜† Will definitely up my fluid intake (water) before the next run.

I also had heavy legs today, makes it so much harder doesnโ€™t it! Iโ€™ve put it down to not enough water yesterday and intermittently running with my boys on their bikes yesterday!

Iโ€™ve never really experienced heavy legs before but guess the lack of water and too much pimms yesterday didnโ€™t help! Will defo drink more water before Wednesdays run ๐Ÿ˜†

Well done. This the point where I really began enjoying the runs. Make sure you drink a couple of litres of water every day to help with the heavy legs.
