Well, technically one year and one week. On the 19th May last year I ran my first 5k distance at my local parkrun in a time of 35:44

Yesterday I did the parkrun in Whitehaven as I'm staying not too far away on holiday this week, came in with a time of 24:22

I never would have been able to do that without having gone through c25k and learning the value of structured training with regular runs.

To everyone going through the plan right now who's struggling or doubtful they can do it - trust me you can!

Wow what an improvement, well done you! I’ve just graduated this week so hoping I might have half as good improvement to report in a year 😜😃

Congratulations on your runiversary, 11. 22 MINUTES better than last year for a 5K, yes you can thank C25K and structured training after that.
