Congratulations on starting C25K and welcome to the forum. Just take all the runs slowly, drink plenty of water the day before you run, keep ridgidly to the program, don't run on consecutive days, good luck for your runs over the next 9 weeks but remember that you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to.
Hi. I’m 3rd run in. And it really does get easier very quickly so don’t berate urself if ur finding it hard to start with. I was advised to just go easy on urself. It’s not a race. I’m running to improve my mental health and I’ve just got bk and feel fantastic. Im sure u won’t go short of tips and advice on this forum. It’s nice to b part of something.
Run slow, pace yourself, smooth and steady. I'm still new but doing this has really helped.
