Must admit in the 6 weeks I've been doing it my fitness has come on leaps and bounds and one of the best things I've done health-wise. So good luck with the program. You will love it!.. It's quite possibly one of the best decisions you have made!
You will not believe how much it can transform your life.. I know I didn't truly realise and it's only now I'm starting to understand how fun and addictive running really is... plus the health benefits!

👋🏼hi and welcome- this is a lovely place to share your trials, tribulations and triumphs! Have you started the C25K today too? I only found it towards the end of W5, wish I’d found sooner. It’s magic, I’m a lockdown graduate, never run in my life but now I love it and might even ditch my gym membership when they reopen!
