Completed 2nd consolidation run

Just completed my 2nd consolidation run today, I only ran for 20 minutes (w5r3) because a muscle in my upper thigh has been niggling me for the last few days following my first consolidation run. Today's run was really just a light jog because I didn't want to push myself too much. My suspected muscle pull was felt okay but I was still aware of it being there. The main problem was my left knee and shin felt tight and was aching all of the way through the 20 minute run whereas my right leg felt absolutely fine. So I'm not sure whether to take a week off running or just do a few easier runs like I did today...

Perhaps you should take three rest days then a short 10 minutes run and see how you feel afterwards, no point on going 30 minutes runs if your left knee and shin feel tight, for the moment take all your runs slow and very steady.

Have a few days rest then try a short run and build on that good luck 😊
