So excited just completed had best 5k run to date.
Felt so much stronger and comfortable in my pace 30:52, I was 1 minute and 5 seconds faster than my previous run so feeling absolutely delighted with myself.
I have only ran twice this week as was so exhausted from work I decided to rest on a Friday, so I could not wait to go for a run today πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
My jacket has been delivered not as bright blue as in the picture but still lovely, canβt wait to wear it on my next run, currently in the washing machine!!

It is amazing how much better you feel after a run isnβt it. I am so inspired by you all, I am daring to think about the possibilities of one day being able to run 10k.
Hope you have had a lovely day and you enjoy your next run.
That is good you must have needed the rest. Are you sleeping better now?
I worked yesterday had a really good shift but very tired afterwards. I have had a relaxing day today first Sunday off in a while and really enjoyed my run.
That's a great pace. The more you run the stronger your legs will get and the faster you'll get. Counter-intuitively, not doing faster runs all the time builds the strength that makes you faster without you really trying.
