Hi everyone

I’ve just completed the last run of week 7 and I definitely feel less out of breath than at the beginning of the programme and more able to run which I am really pleased about ! But the front of my thighs ache so much straight after the run and for the rest of day. I’m hoping this will improve and is a good sign of fat burning and leg toning 🤞 ! Does anyone else have this - it’s definitely got worse this week 7 when obviously I’m running for longer !

Well done , I had a bit of aching at my thighs so I just did plenty walking in between running keeping the legs loose and it helped 😊

Hi Torie52, glad to see you are doing so well. We are at the exactly the same stage of the programme. I'm finding the heat difficult and my face glows for a good hour after my run. Not an attractive look but feel it's a badge of honour, sort of! I'm hoping to try my first week 8 run tomorrow - I get so nervous beforehand though, not sure why. Good luck for your next run. We are nearly there ...
