5 years ago, i was a regular runner of all things 5k with a few 10K in the mix. Life, injury and house move put an end to my running.
I’m back now trying to get into the swing of things and my next run is w4d3 😬. It’s harder than I remember but it’s great to have a community cheering each other on!

Hi there, it's great you're getting back into it. I'm in a similar boat, I'm also starting again (after about 9 months away) and have also started at Week 4. It's going well (apart from not being able to run this week due to shredded heels - new shoes).
It feels nice to be back, so I hope it gets easier for you too
Thanks ellewood7 . It’s a hard slug and I’ve had to do day2 of week 4 twice as I couldn’t sustain the 5 minute run the first time. Looking forward to the next run tomorrow 😊.
I hope the heel heals up quick so you can remain on track. 😉
